Great athletic programs are built on fans who feel like part of the story. As Collegiate Partnerships Manager, you'll help athletic departments turn fans and alumni into lifelong supporters through fan development programs that also raise meaningful revenue. You'll grow our presence with college athletic departments, owning the sales process from first outreach through signed agreement, then handing off to our operations team.

We're hiring our first Nashville-based team member. You'll be our consistent presence on the ground: the person fans meet at the stadium, the organizer who makes game-day activations run smoothly, and the marketer who keeps the program visible between games. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with real ownership. It's a good fit for someone who wants to start a career in sports business and grow as the company grows.
